OUR STORY

The word "Ksenos" means both stranger and guest, a synonym that occurs only in the Greek language. Throughout their history, the Greeks reguarded a stranger as a guest and treated them like royalty. At Williams Restaurant this is no exception.

 

Williams is a family operated restaurant started in 1983. It was founded by William Vasiliadis, passed down to his son Chris Vasiliadis, and now into three generations of family with the addition of grandson Nick Vasiliadis. When dining at Williams we want all our guests to feel welcomed. With the combination of our friendly service and comfort food assembled from fresh ingredients, we want people to feel like they are eating at the comfort of their homes. Just as if they are a part of our own Big Fat Greek Family!

1970 - William and Maria Vasiliadis with their young children arrive from Greece.

 

1983 - William Vasiliadis purchases the former Pegasus and changes the name to "Williams Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge".

 

1985 - Chris Vasiliadis takes over as General Manager.

 

2005 - Major capital improvement gives the new

"Williams Restaurant & Tavern" a face lift and includes new and exciting menu items, new bar menu featuring fancy drinks, and entertainment.

​

2019- "Williams Restaurant" completes full renovation from ceiling to floor and has a Grand Re-Opening celebrating 35 years of business and the reopening of the new dining room.
